We’re getting the opportunity to visit some interesting sites out here in Nevada while we’re here for a couple of weeks. This past weekend we visited Techatticup Mine (sometimes known as Nelson Ghost Town) which is on the way through Eldorado Canyon. This attraction is an old mining town that is filled with original buildings as well as old vehicles and equipment. When I heard about this place I knew I wanted to use the wide angle lens and capture some perspective shots in B&W and highly desaturated. The clear sunny day was perfect for high contrast, and all the old cars and buses did not disappoint.
