I just got back from the Superior Fall Trail Race weekend, and I have so much to say in my report about it. However, right now I’m exhausted and really can’t string too many words together coherently. I did want to share one cool thing real quick though…
I wasn’t running this weekend, but was working for 3 days with only a few hours of sleep each night. I wore my watch the whole time, and racked up an impressive amount of steps. From Thursday through Saturday I totalled 60,691 steps. This means that despite not running the Marathon, I managed close to 30 miles of walking around throughout the weekend. Not bad for a solid weekend of work.
Now I’m taking Monday off so I can recover before hitting the week again.
