My wife and I will be doing some photography in a couple weeks, and she needed to get familiar with one of my DSLRs. So today we went out to the local Silverwood Park to do a photo walk so she could practice. Not one to pass up an opportunity to do some shooting I decided to focus almost mainly on the plain and ordinary wildlife that you see at an suburban park. The gallery below (and on Flickr) is the result of some of my efforts. I really need a bigger zoom for some of this wildlife, plus the direct sunlight didn’t help some of my efforts. Enjoy!
