All of a sudden, Minnesota is the warm spot in the nation. Cities up on the North Shore are registering in the 90s, and that spans all the way down to the Twin Cities. I drove home today with an air temp of 93, according to my car thermometer.

These instant warm-ups are getting annoying. The body can’t acclimate to these changes that quickly, and it makes activities like running downright brutal.
