I used to shoot a lot more photos, but once my kids got older, I got divorced, and other life things happened, I put down the camera for a while. I’ve since picked it back up, but I thought it would be fun to feature a photo from many years ago on the new blog. I figure I’ll do a throwback once per month or so. Some of these will be shots of my kids, but since it’s been a decade or so, I’m not too concerned with their faces on my blog.

This month’s photo is a shot of a plastic toy in our backyard during the rain. I really enjoyed seeing how I could freeze the water in different ways, and the shot below is my favorite from that experiment.
