This didn’t make it out in time last night, mostly because I went to bed early because of a race this morning. I’ll report on the race later today.

Yesterday also was a weird day as my head was wrapped up in a few different things, and I just was very distractible. In the running vein however, I did want to acknowledge the awesome job of Rob Krar who won the Western States 100 yesterday. It’s amazing to see guys like that prance across the finish line like they were just out for a stroll. I remember how wiped I was after my most recent marathon and can’t imagine being in a position to do interviews and run around giving high fives after 100 miles. Absolutely astounding the capabilities of some runners.
