A quick update from Minecraft. Some of my friends and I started up on a new server and I decided to create a villager trading post. My first attempt came out pretty good, but then I realized I made it too close to my villager breeder and so I wasn’t getting any new villagers spawning. I then pulled all the villagers out of the trading post and move them to a holding location until I could build a new shopping mall. Well, it turns out that villagers are super quick little buggers. They ended up escaping while I was moving them and going crazy running towards my iron farm. My buddy helped me secure as many as I could and I left them in their trapped state until I could figure out what to do with them.
Tonight I finally finished building their new home and slowly got them moved into it. It took hours, but it’s finally done.
The screenshot below is my new shopping mall, with the floors color coded to the appropriate villager type. Now to finish the rail line from the breeder to the mall and then never think about mass moving villagers again!
