Quick stop off before The Last DAMn movie premiere.

Great weekend of running with great people. Happy to be back out there after the food poisoning last week that knocked me out of training for longer than I wanted. Trails are getting tougher to navigate with the melting and re-freezing, but hopefully soon we'll be on nice soft dirt all the time.

We don't get to chose the weather, the trail conditions, or often even our mental state, for any given training run. But we DO get to choose be outside, doing the things we love with people we love, and that's what matters.
