Some warm flowers in the winter cold

Took a visit to the Como Conservatory this past week and basked in the warmth of plants and flowers. Also visited the tropical area and got a few brightly colored birds.

The flowers were mostly done using my Tamron 24mm f/2.8, which does an adequate job of macro work. The rest were on my Sony 85mm f/1.8 which is my usual go-to lens for daily shooting. However, this highlighted that I need to get my 70-200mm range back. I sold my last telephoto with my previous camera and haven’t replaced it yet and it’s really showing as a big gap in my arsenal for things like wildlife.
