One of the magical foods that has made its way south from Canada is the wonderful dish called poutine. It’s a mix of french fries, cheese curds, a type of meat, and all smothered in gravy. A lot of places do different variations of them, and tonight I had Anchor Fish and Chips variety. It was tasty and a nice dinner after biking down to NE Minneapolis.
