Low mileage running week

Sometimes timing works out for the best, even when things aren’t going according to plan. Monday night I spent a few hours at the Urgent Care getting a prescription for what is most likely a sinus infection. However, it meant that my Tuesday run didn’t happen. I was tired and needed rest.

Thankfully, this is a cut back week for me anyway. I’ve got a couple 6 mile runs to get done during the week, and then around 24 miles total over the weekend. So it’s good timing to be a bit sick, since even if I missed one of the mid-week runs completely I’m not losing too many miles off of my plan. Now I think it’s time for an early bedtime…
