I’ve been a Minecraft fan for many years, and have some cool places built on local servers. A short while ago though a friend of mine started getting into the game and he turned me on to a multiplayer server that he likes to play on. So tonight I pulled out my Minecraft chops again and joined this non-PVP survival world. It’s been quite a while since I’ve played so it took me a little bit to get oriented again. Plus, this server has things like land claiming which is new to me.

For tonight I managed to put together a modest little house. It’s probably the ugliest thing I’ve built in Minecraft, apart from a quick dirt shelter, but it will suffice for future planning as I build my empire.
